01Scope

These terms apply to the Haltkey app and this site, provided by Hagakun (the "operator"). By using the app you agree to these terms.

02Relationship with Cloudflare

• Haltkey is an unofficial app by an independent developer. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cloudflare, Inc.
• You need a Cloudflare account. Your use of Cloudflare is governed by the Cloudflare terms, and you use it in line with them.
• Haltkey sells app features. It does not sell access to Cloudflare's services or data.

03Results of operations and no warranty

• Haltkey can perform operations that change how your sites behave, such as deleting DNS records, turning off the proxy, purging the cache and rolling back Worker versions. You are responsible for the results of the operations you send to Cloudflare from the app. Read the explanation and confirmation on screen before you send them.
• The app is provided as is, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Figures are as of when they were fetched from Cloudflare and may be late or incomplete.
• Features may stop working because of changes to or outages of Cloudflare's services or API.
• Except in cases of the operator's intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.

04Haltkey Pro (one-time purchase)

• Watching, the emergency actions and DNS editing are free. Changing operations, live logs, widgets and more come with the paid Haltkey Pro.
• Haltkey Pro is a one-time purchase of ¥1,500 (the price in Japan; elsewhere, the price shown in the store). It does not renew.
• A purchase belongs to a store account and works on every device signed in to that store account. iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play) are separate purchases.
• Payment and refunds follow the App Store or Google Play terms and are handled by each store.
• On a new device, use "Restore purchase" in the app.

05Prohibited use

• Use that breaks the law, the Cloudflare terms or the rights of others.
• Operating Cloudflare accounts or resources you are not authorized to operate.
• Reverse engineering or modifying the app to remove limits or redistribute it.

06Changes

Changes to these terms are announced on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you agree to the changed terms.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
